Contact someone in IT: Aaron or Joe. Provide them with as much detail as you can, such as:

  • What is damaged?
  • Where is it?
  • When did you see it?

This includes but is not limited to equipment such as:

  • Computers
  • Printers
  • Keyboards/Mice
  • Apple devices (iPods, iPhones, iPads)
  • Monitors
  • Scan guns
  • Power cables

Note: Reporting damaged technology helps everyone do their jobs more effectively. There will not be any punishment assigned for reporting damaged equipment.
