Sometimes in Windows, a program will freeze or stop working properly for one reason or another, or will not close the way it should. When this happens, the best way to fix it is to use a program called Windows Task Manger to manually close out the program.
- Start by holding down the following keys: Ctrl + Alt + Delete
- Your screen will change to a blue screen with 5 options. Select Start Task Manager
- To close a misbehaving application, go into Widows Task Manager
- In the Applications tab, select the problematic program and click End Task
-
The program in question should now be closed. Now just re-open it and you’re all set!
