When a scan gun is having a problem, the solution is often to reboot it:
The first method to try is a Warm Boot: Press and hold the red Power button until the power cycles
If that does not fix the problem, proceed to a Cold Boot:
- Fully eject the battery from the bottom of the scan gun
- Press and hold the yellow Trigger button and red power button simultaneously

- While holding both buttons, fully reinsert the battery
- Release the Red power button.
- Continue to hold the yellow Trigger button
- Once you see this screen, release the yellow Trigger button:

- Follow all on-screen instructions to calibrate the screen

- Select Exit
