Sometimes the solution to a scan gun not connecting can be to turn Radio (aka WiFi) off and back on again:
- Select the Internet Options button on the task bar
INSERT PIC of disconnected SG
- Select Disable Radio
- The text will change to a grayed out Enable Radio
- Wait until Enable Radio becomes solid again, then select it
- You will know if this process has fixed your problem if you see a signal bar on your task bar:
