When printing an Excel spreadsheet with multiple worksheets, you can choose to either print all worksheets or select specific worksheets within the document
Start by opening an Excel spreadsheet with multiple worksheets
Printing all worksheets
- Select File --> Print
- Within the first option set under Settings, select Print Entire Workbook
Printing specific worksheets
Go down to the bottom of the window where all the worksheets are listed
Hold Ctrl + Left click the worksheets you want to print
- For this example I will select Sheet1 and Sheet2 to print
- Select File --> Print
- Within the first option set under Settings, select Print Active Sheets
