When exporting an Excel spreadsheet with multiple worksheets to PDF, you can choose to either export all worksheets or select specific worksheets within the document.
- Start by opening an Excel spreadsheet with multiple worksheets
- Note: for this example, I will be using an Excel spreadsheet with 4 simple workbooks I will differentiate by color to clearly show differences
- Sheet1 = Red
- Sheet2 = Green (left unselected)
- Sheet3 = Purple
- Sheet4 = Blue
- You can select the worksheets you would like to export to PDF format by holding Ctrl + left click the desired worksheets you want to export
- Select File -> Save As -> Browse
- Under Save as type: -> Select PDF (*.pdf) from the drop down menu
- Specify a desired save location and select Save
