Deleting Outlook Cache

Save any work and close Outlook
Press Windows key + R
In Run, enter %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook and press Enter
Open the folder RoamCache. Here are all the cache files

Select all cache files > Right click > Delete

Re-open Outlook

Outlook will automatically make new cache files when you open it
