If a user's Office 365 Excel is randomly shutting down and not saving work, do the following:
1. Quick Fix
- Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- Right click Office 365
- Change
- Select Quick Fix (takes 5-10 minutes)
2. Online Fix
- Same instructions as Quick Fix but select Online Fix (takes about 30 minutes)
