Fixing the "Reading untagged document" pop-up in Adobe Reader

If you open a PDF document and get a pop-up from Adobe titled "Reading untagged document" or "Assistive technology", you can use the following setting change to stop this pop-up from showing up in the future:

Edit
Preferences
Reading
Page vs Document > choose 'Only read the currently visible pages'
Uncheck 'Confirm before tagging documents'
Ok
