When the DIGI turns on, it recognizes the Printer/Labeler 1st and the Scale 2nd

If you power on a DIGI and the Printer/Labeler is not on, the system will kick a Labeller0 error.

To fix this:

  • Power off DIGI
  • Power cycle the Printer/Labeler. Make sure it is in the on/ready position
  • Power on DIGI 
  • Test sample label
