How to set up or select your desk phone voicemail

Pick up receiver
Select the button for VMsg

Select the button for Greet

Press 1, 2, or 3 to pick Gr1, Gr2, or Gr3 to be active. You can also choose Gr1, Gr2, or Gr3 here using the top most selection buttons to modify or record a greeting
