Easiest method is for end users to change their own PIN via the Simply Tech web portal
- Go to web portal: https://voice.simplytechnology.com/portal/home
- Click your name in the top-right corner > Profile
- Scroll down to Change Voicemail PIN > New PIN
- Enter your new PIN and click Save
