Do the following once the person has logged into their new computer at least once:
- Open File Explorer on the first PC
- OR remotely open files in File Explorer via PC name: \\[PC Name]\c$
- Navigate to folder: C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
- Copy all files below the last folder
- Once File Explorer on the second PC
- OR remotely open files in File Explorer via PC name: \\[PC Name]\c$
- Navigate to folder: C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
- Paste files > Replace all
