3 methods for clearing the print spool on a DIGI PC:


1. Via logging into PC

  • Log in to Engineer
  • Exit
  • Exit to Windows
  • From Desktop - 2 methods
    • Either active print job in taskbar OR
    • Printers & Scanners > Honeywell PM45 > Open queue
  • Select all print jobs > Cancel
  • Reopen DIGI program via Console app on Desktop

2. NinjaOne – Command Line

  • Log onto NinjaOne > Navigate to PC
  • Command button > Cmd.exe > System 32-bit
  • “net stop spooler” Enter

  • Exit command line session
  • Tools > File Browser
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS\

    2. If any print jobs: will be available here. Can select and clear print jobs
  • Open Command button > Cmd.exe > System 32-bit
  • “net start spooler” Enter

3. NinjaOne – Services 

  • Log onto NinjaOne > Navigate to PC
  • Tools > Service Manager
  • Search for “print spooler”
  • … > Restart
