Use the following process to create links to files in your OneDrive that can be shared via email, Teams, etc:
- Open File Explore > Locate the desired file in OneDrive
- Right Click > Share
- Select the gear icon to choose who can view the link:
- Select the desired level of access and select Apply
- Select Copy link
- The file link is now copied to your clipboard and ready to be shared via Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Open the preferred app: Right click > Paste
