Use the following process to create links to files in your OneDrive that can be shared via email, Teams, etc:

  • Open File Explore > Locate the desired file in OneDrive
  • Right Click > Share 

  • Select the gear icon to choose who can view the link:

  • Select the desired level of access and select Apply

  • Select Copy link

  • The file link is now copied to your clipboard and ready to be shared via Outlook, Teams, etc. 
    • Open the preferred app: Right click > Paste
