Use the following steps to set up an extension to ring simultaneously at both the desk phone and mobile app:

  • In a web browser, go to SimplySafe portal: https://voice.simplytechnology.com/
  • Users
  • Choose User > [Select desired end user]
  • Answering Rules
  • Simultaneous Ring
  • Check "Enabled" and "Include user's extension"
  • Enter the desired # of seconds
  • Save/OK
