All contacts added manually into your iDevice and attached to your Apple ID will automatically show up in the Contacts app. If you have additional contacts associated with other email profiles, use the following instructions to add these contacts to your iDevice:

  • Settings

  • Apps

  • Mail


  • Mail Accounts


  • Select the mail account that contains the contacts you want to add

    • Note: If you haven't added the mail account yet, select Add Account here and follow the prompts to set up the email account associated with your contacts
  • Check the option for Contacts

    • Note 1: Check other options for additional desired content to be added from the mail account to your iDevice: Mail, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes
    • Note 2: In the future if you notice missing contacts, return to this screen and check your email accounts are listed and signed in
  • Contacts from this account will load onto your iDevice over the next few minutes
