Changing Between Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer
1. The printer will be in "Online" mode:
2. Change the printer to "Offline" mode by pressing the top left button:

3. The top of the screen will now say "Offline"
4. Press the "Enter" key to access the main menu:
5. Enter code: grob
6. The following screen will appear:
7. Use the arrow keys to navigate to "Printing" and then press "Enter":
8. Press the down arrow four times until you reach "Printing mode" and then press the "Enter" key:
9. Use the arrow keys to make your selection. Either "Use Ribbon" or "Direct Thermal". Then press the button located on the top right to confirm the selection:
10. The setting will no show the selection you made:
11. Press the back button two times to exit to the main LCD screen:
12. Put the printer back in "Online" mode by pressing the button located on the top left to continue printing:
